These Terms of Service govern the use of «Твой таролог» at https://my-tarot.one and the purchase of paid Tarot+ access.
1. General provisions
The service is operated by:

These Terms constitute the Operator’s offer to enter into an agreement to use «Твой таролог» under the conditions set out below.
By using the service, creating a reading, registering, signing in through a third-party authentication service or purchasing paid access, the User confirms that they have read and accept these Terms.
Users who do not agree to these Terms must stop using the service.
2. Definitions
Service: the online service «Твой таролог», available at https://my-tarot.one.
Operator: Стромов Борис Александрович.
User: a person who uses the service.
Guest: a person who uses the service without registering.
Account: the User’s account with the service.
Reading: the result of the User’s interaction with the service, including the question, cards, interpretation, follow-up messages, continued conversation and related technical data.
AI response: a text response automatically generated by the service using artificial intelligence.
Tarot+: paid access to additional service features for a fixed period, without automatic renewal.
3. Age restriction
The service is intended only for users aged 18 or over.
By using the service, the User confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
The Operator may restrict access if there are grounds to believe that the User does not meet the age requirement.
4. Description of the service
«Твой таролог» provides automated AI interpretations of readings, user questions, continued conversations, in-depth analyses and special spreads.
Responses are generated using artificial intelligence on the Operator’s server infrastructure located in the Russian Federation.
The service’s responses are for information and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or other professional advice.
Users assess the relevance of the information for themselves and take responsibility for their own decisions.
The service is not intended for:
diagnosis;
treatment;
emergency assistance;
legal advice;
financial, investment or tax advice;
psychological support or psychotherapy;
making decisions on the User’s behalf;
guaranteed predictions of future events.
5. Free access
Users may use some features free of charge within the applicable limits.
Free access may include:
standard readings subject to limits;
continued conversations subject to limits;
limited access to in-depth analyses;
limited access to special spreads.
The Operator may change free access limits, available features, how often particular features can be used and their access conditions.
6. Paid Tarot+ access
Tarot+ is purchased as one-time access for the selected period:
1 month;
3 months;
6 months;
12 months.
Access does not renew automatically. At the end of the paid period, access expires unless the User purchases another period.
Tarot+ access belongs to a specific user account. It may not be transferred, sold, given away, shared between users or moved to another account without the Operator’s consent.
7. Tarot+ pricing
The current price of paid access is shown on the Tarot+ page before payment.
As of the last update of these Terms, the following access options are planned:
1 month: ₽790;
3 months: ₽1,990;
6 months: ₽3,490;
12 months: ₽5,990.
The Operator may change prices, plan features and conditions. These changes do not reduce any access period the User has already paid for.
8. Payment
Once payment functionality is enabled, payments may be processed by a payment provider, including Robokassa.
Bank card details are processed by the payment provider. «Твой таролог» does not store users’ bank card details.
Paid access is activated after the service receives confirmation of successful payment.
Tarot+ access may remain inactive if the payment provider has not confirmed the payment.
At the time this version of the Terms was prepared, payment integration may still have been in progress. Some payment features may be unavailable until payment functionality is enabled.
9. Saved readings and history
When a reading is created, the service may store its data as part of providing the service.
Selecting “Save”, registering or signing in after using the service as a guest links the reading or conversation history to the User’s account.
Selecting “Save” is not the only point at which data is stored: some data is created and stored when the reading is generated.
Once a guest reading has been linked to an account, another account cannot access or claim it without a lawful basis and technical verification of ownership.
10. User account
Users are responsible for keeping access to their accounts secure.
Users agree to:
provide accurate information when registering;
not share account access with third parties;
not use other people’s accounts;
not attempt to access other people’s readings;
not use the service in a way that violates others’ rights or disrupts the service.
The Operator may restrict access to an account or individual features for violations of these Terms, attempted abuse, security breaches or signs of misuse.
11. Contacting support
For issues with registration, sign-in, reading access, payments, paid Tarot+ access, refunds or the service itself, Users can contact support:

The Operator reviews requests within a reasonable time and may ask for additional information needed to investigate the issue.
12. Refunds
Users may request a refund in cases of:
duplicate payment;
a technical error;
failure to activate paid access;
inability to provide paid access;
other justified requests.
Refund requests may be submitted:

through the support feature in their account, if available.
Refunds are handled in accordance with the Refund Policy, the payment provider’s terms and the laws of the Russian Federation.
Refunds are not unconditional or immediate in every case. The Operator reviews each request based on the service actually provided, technical circumstances, access status and the payment provider’s rules.
13. Limitation of liability
The service provides AI interpretations for information and entertainment purposes.
The Operator does not guarantee:
that any event will or will not occur;
that the User will achieve a particular result;
the accuracy of predictions;
that a response will meet the User’s expectations;
a resolution to the User’s personal, family, professional, financial, medical, legal or other situation.
Users make their own decisions based on the information received and are responsible for those decisions.
The Operator is not liable for the consequences of decisions made by the User based on the service’s AI responses.
14. Prohibited use
Users must not:
use the service for unlawful purposes;
attempt to access other people’s accounts or readings;
circumvent limits or technical restrictions;
interfere with the service’s operation;
use automated tools to send requests in bulk without the Operator’s consent;
share Tarot+ access with third parties;
include unlawful content in requests;
use the service to harm others;
represent the service’s AI responses as professional advice from a specialist.
The Operator may restrict access to the service for violations of this section.
15. Personal data
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Policy and the Consent to Personal Data Processing.
By using the service, registering or purchasing paid access, the User confirms that they have read these documents.
16. Changes to service terms
The Operator may change:
service features;
free access limits;
Tarot+ features;
the price of paid access;
the service interface;
these Terms of Service.
Changes take effect when published on the website, unless the new version specifies otherwise.
Changes to prices or plan features do not reduce any access period the User has already paid for.
17. Suspension or closure of the service
The Operator may temporarily suspend the service for maintenance, updates, bug fixes, security purposes or other reasons.
The Operator may also close the service. If the service closes, access and refund arrangements for paid periods are determined based on the service actually provided, technical circumstances and the requirements of Russian law.
18. Dispute resolution
The User and the Operator seek to resolve disputes by contacting support and exchanging information.
Before taking legal action, Users are encouraged to contact support at borisstromov@yandex.ru.
If a dispute cannot be resolved, it will be considered in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
19. Final provisions
These Terms take effect upon publication at https://my-tarot.one.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain valid.
Continued use of the service after a new version of these Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, unless otherwise provided by law.
