analytics data once analytics tools are enabled, including Яндекс.Метрика.

3. Purposes of processing

Data is processed to:

enable registration and sign-in;

provide guest access;

create readings and AI responses;

continue conversations;

save readings in the User’s account;

link guest readings to accounts;

provide Tarot+ access;

process payments and refunds once payments are enabled;

provide customer support;

protect accounts and prevent abuse;

diagnose errors;

improve service quality;

comply with Russian law.

4. Processing operations

The User consents to the following operations involving personal data:

collection;

recording;

organization;

accumulation;

storage;

updating;

use;

transfer where necessary to operate the service and comply with the law;

anonymization;

blocking;

deletion;

destruction.

5. Processing reading data

The User understands that creating a reading may involve storing the question, reading data, AI responses, follow-up messages and technical information needed to operate the service.

Selecting “Save”, registering or signing in after using the service as a guest may link the reading or conversation history to the User’s account.

Once a guest reading has been linked to an account, another account cannot access or claim it without a lawful basis and technical verification of ownership.

6. AI responses

The User understands that responses are generated by an automated AI system for information and entertainment purposes.

AI responses do not constitute medical, legal, financial, investment, psychological or other professional advice.

Users assess the relevance of the information for themselves and take responsibility for their own decisions.

7. Cookies and analytics

The User consents to the use of cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage and analytics tools to operate the service, authenticate users, provide guest access, save preferences, diagnose errors, improve the interface and analyze service usage.

Once analytics are enabled, the service may use Яндекс.Метрика.

8. Processing and storage location

Personal data is processed and stored in the Russian Federation.

Responses are generated using artificial intelligence on the Operator’s server infrastructure located in the Russian Federation.

9. Data protection

The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures to protect personal data.

New sensitive text data in readings, messages and in-depth analyses is protected with server-side encryption at rest.

The service does not use end-to-end encryption or a “zero-knowledge” system. The server decrypts data to display it to the User, continue conversations, operate service features, diagnose issues and fulfill statutory obligations.

10. Duration of consent

Consent remains valid from the time it is given until the processing purposes are fulfilled, the account is deleted, consent is withdrawn or other grounds for ending processing arise.

11. Withdrawing consent

Users may withdraw consent by emailing support at borisstromov@yandex.ru.

The User understands that withdrawing consent may prevent them from using their account, saved readings, paid access and other service features.
